Building Cost Control Ltd are presently involved in large specialist works including works to car park repairs at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in Co.Dublin. This project is to upgrade and repair the existing car parks at the shopping centre. Building Cost Control Ltd will have a large presence of employees and plant on site for this work.

Building Cost Control have also completed repairs to the Whitewater Shopping Centre in Newbridge Co;Kildare. We have plenty of experience in working on this type of project and are aware of;restrictions involved in these shopping centres.

Building Cost Control have a specific team of workers employed specifically for specialist ground works such as underpinning, mini piling or mass concrete shuttering etc. We have carried out a huge selection of this type of work and are very confident that we can now complete any type of work in this area.
