Villa Savina Villafranche

Building Cost Control Ltd were invited to quote for the design and renovation of Villa Savina (photographed below) in Villafranche. Our tender was successful and we completed the works in a 6 week programme, ahead of schedule. The project consisted of a total strip out of the villa including demolition of internal walls and redesign. There were also considerable repairs required from a previous water leak. Our in house designer redesigned the internal layout which resulted in 8 bedrooms with en suites, new bathroom and a new kitchen. All fixtures and fittings including electrical points, skirting, floors and doors were replaced to breathe new life into the villa.
